- $150 minimum on opening orders and reorders.
- Orders that do not meet the minimum order amount are subject to an $8.00 service charge.
- Opening orders should be pre-paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
- Net 30 terms can be established by submitting a credit application with 4 credit references and a resale certificate.
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from St. Louis, MO – charges will be reflected on invoices.
- Invoices are mailed to the billing address on file via USPS within the same week orders are shipped.
